Ready to Be Empowered and Transform Care in Your Unit?

AACN is thrilled to continue offering Nursing Workforce Solutions, a team-based program sponsored by Johnson & Johnson that leverages AACN’s Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy to advance nurse satisfaction, retention and healthy work environments. CSI faculty will lead six cohorts of 10 teams through an experiential learning-based program provided at no cost to the teams. Chapters are encouraged to identify teams in a single hospital, a hospital system with multiple hospitals near each other, or various hospitals within one city.
